Steps to Recover Your Account
For Social Sign-On Users (Google, Apple Sign-On)
Choose Your Sign-On Method: On the login page, select the social sign-on option you used to create your account, such as Google or Apple.
Follow the Prompt: You will be redirected to the respective sign-on service. Follow the prompts to log in using your social account credentials.
Automatic Redirect: Once authenticated, you will be automatically redirected back to your Lonch account.
No Password Needed: Remember, with social sign-on, you don't need a separate password for your Lonch account.
For Email Sign-On Users
Select 'Sign In with Email': On the login page, choose the option to sign in with your email.
Enter Your Email Address: Input the email address associated with your Lonch account.
Check Your Email: After submitting your email, check your inbox for a sign-in link from Lonch. This link will grant you access to your account.
Check Spam Folder: If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. Mark as "Not Spam" to avoid having it placed here in the future.
Complete the Sign-In Process: Click on the link in the email to be securely logged into your account. This link serves as a passwordless method to access your account.
Important Considerations
Email Validity: Ensure that the email address you enter is the one associated with your Lonch account.
Link Expiration: The sign-in link sent to your email is time-sensitive. If it expires, you will need to request a new one.
