Steps to Delete Your Account
Log In to Your Account: Ensure you are logged into your Lonch account. This step is crucial to verify your identity and to prevent unauthorized account deletions.
Request Account Deletion: To initiate the deletion process, you need to make a formal request through our customer support platform, HelpShift.
- Visit the HelpShift portal.
- Navigate to the 'Contact Us' or 'Support' section.
- Select the option for account deletion or type in your request.
- Provide any required information to verify your account ownership.
Confirmation: Once your request is received, our team will contact you to confirm your identity and your intention to delete the account. This step is crucial for the security of your account.
Processing: After confirmation, we will begin the process of permanently deleting your account. Please be aware that this process may take a few days to complete.
Finalization: You will receive a notification once your account has been successfully deleted.
Important Considerations
Account Recovery: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please ensure that you truly intend to permanently remove your account and all associated data.
Products: If you are the owner of any products. If you are the sole owner of the product, they may be removed. If not, they may be transferred to another user on the pltform.
